SUBJECT: Question about Simplify and BTW the 3 dimensional rotation matrix is defined in the Rotations.m package. <<Geometry/Rotations.m RotationMatrix3D[phi,theta,psi] gives the matrix for rotation by the specified Euler angles in three dimensions.
