I wrote a package DeltaTheta.m about a year and a half ago. You can
FTP it from zaphod.ncsa.uiuc.edu, /UNIX/Symbolic/Mathematica/Packages/JANHUNEN,
or from nic.funet.fi, /pub/sci/math/mathematica/PJ. It has not yet been
tested on Mma 2.0.
