Try "Evaluate"ing ("Release"ing in V 1.2) the "Table", as:

In[2]:= Plot[Evaluate[Table[Normal[Series[Sin[x],{x,0,i}]],{i,1,10,2}]],{x,-10,10}]

Out[2]= -Graphics-
