Recently I announced existence of worksheets for freshman calculus
that emphasize problem solving, scientific content and casual,
everyday use of Mathematica.
The second semester is now ready as well--it corresponds to
Edwards&Penny Chapters 6,7,8,9,11. In this group, there is
not all that Mma in the worksheets, but the answer sheets
steadily show what I conceive to be good intermediate usage.

> ls (* use mls if ls doesn't work *)
> cd pub/papers
> binary
> get Calculus2.tar.Z (* first semester is Calculus.tar.Z *)
> quit
At your end, out file in empty directory and:
% uncompress Calculus2.tar
% tar xvf Calculus2.tar
The subdirectories Chapter6, Chapter7, ... should appear containing
tex files. You can then toss Calculus2.tar
Similar procedure for first semester, Calculus.tar.Z, of course.
