JordanDecomp bomb.

Has anyone else had difficulty with the program JordanDecomposition,
which newly appeared with Mma version 2.1?  On my PC running under Windows
3.1 I tried it on a 4x4 matrix with integer entries in the
range [1..10].  After some struggle it froze, disabling the keyboard
and everything else, and requiring a reboot to restart.
