There are two econometrics packages in the SMSUF archive, in
/ftp/mma/Economics:

16127 Nov  7  1990 Econometrics.m
 1434 Mar  9  1992 README.MicroAn
54658 Apr 13  1992 microan0.5.tar.Z

I believe the more extensive set is the one by Prof. Varian, "MicroAn".
