Dear Mathgroup:
Has anyone created other front-ends for Mathematica (specficially, on
the NeXT platform)?
What I had in mind was a spreadsheet-and-graph type of interface,
such that you could have a window open for each list-type variable,
and interactively change values, etc; then you could press a button
and have the data graphed; then you could interactively change axis
ranges, line styles, etc.
I think this type of interface would make Mma even more incredibly
useful than it already is.
What do you think; has this been done? Is it a good idea?
