Polar Plot of Data

What do people use to plot polar data? I see PolarPlot but it
requires a function of r. I see PolarListPlot but it assumes equal
angles. What I have is a list of azimuth and elevation of the Sun's
postion at my longitude and latitude for each hour. How can I plot
these data points on a polar plot? The data is generated in
Mathematica so I would like to plot it in MMA.

One confusing detail--the 90 degree mark should be at the center of
the graph and 0 on the outer edge. This reflects the sun's motion
and how we label the elevation.

Thanks for all help.
