Dear mathgroup,

I am interested in expressing the velocity vector in Oblate Spheroidal
coordinates. I found that the package Calculaus'VectorAnalysis' indeed
knows about oblate spheroidal coordinates. It can tell me how to transorm
back and forth from Cartesian coordinates. It gives me scale factors. It
does not tell me direction cosines between the unit vectors of cartesian and
oblate spheroidal coordinates.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,
