merging sound and graphics

MathGroupers:

	I beleieve I have recently seen a description of a method to merge
rendered sound and animations into a single unit, so that the sound will
play along with the animation. Anyone know the trick?

(I have a movie of 50 frames which I want to combine with a sountrack).
