Mark Cooper asks if there is a way to plot an equation of the form
x^2 + y^2 + z^2 + xy + xz + yz == 1.
KnoxPackages contains the commands PlotConicSection and PlotQuadricSurface
that between them will plot any quadratic equation in two or three variables.
KnoxPackages are available through MathSource (request 0204-512).
KnoxPackages contain many commands useful for teaching precalculus,
calculus, multivariable calculus, and linear algebra.
