Dear MathGroupers,
I have recently been fitting non-linear models to some data, using the
Statistics`NonlinearFit` package.
I now want to fit the same functions but would like to find the best
fit for parameters constrained to a particular region of parameter
space. I want the search for a minimum to stay within this region and
not just stop if it wanders outside.
What's the best way to do this with Mathematica?
