I can't find any decent way to include Mma notebooks in
TeX docs.  The fonts used and the pagination of the ps files  
generated by Mathematica are so huge/weird that they are
impossibly ugly even after you've properly broken them
down into pages.  Verbatim is even uglier.

We have AppSoft Draw and the NeXT Draw program, but using
such tools is extrememely painful for a Notebook of any
size.

I'll be glad to summarize the suggestions offered.
