ToolTool

For the package PlotTool to operate, one needs the package
ToolTool which the manual says can be obtained from 
trantor.harris-atd.com (26.13.0.98)

I was able to ftp to trantor, but login as 'anonymous' didn't
work. I also tried to get the package from mathsource at wri.com
but didn't succeed. 

Since I'd really like to be able to run PlotTool, I'd appreciate
any help,
