3D Plotting in Mathematica of Data from an External File

A program was written by Jason Harris to perform this function.  It
is now (or should be) available under mathsource, item number 0206-468.
Several other methods created by other users were also sent, all of
which had thier own particular advantages.  Another simple solution
for ordered, symmetrical data, is to use "Partition[data,n] on the
data after reading using ReadList[filename,{Number,Number,Number}].
Then, ListSurfacePlot3D works just fine.
