There is a notebook on MathSource (Item 0202-408) that illustrates a routine to place a set of 3D axes in the middle of a plot. The axes are still located at the origin; but it would not be difficult to modify the code to place them anywhere in the plot. This notebook is available from MathSource via Gopher, anonymous FTP, and electronic mail. To retrieve a copy of this notebook by Gopher or anonymous FTP, connect with mathsource.wri.com and look in the Enhancements/Graphics/3D directory for item 0202-408. Or, to have a copy of the notebook sent to you by email, send an email message containing the lines MaxKBytes 150 Send 0202-408 to the MathSource email server at mathsource at wri.com. --Mark Moline MathSource Administrator Wolfram Research, Inc. markm at wri.com ms-admin at wri.com
