Spline Simulation

Hi, 

I am trying to simulate data in multi-dimensional (>5) space.  Does anyone 
have the information regarding:
(1) Title of textbooks dealing with multi-dimensional simulation 
using B-spline, and
(2) Software libraries containing B-Spline simulation programmes.
