I have a fairly complicated mathematical model that I want to fit to observed
data.  The equation is

{2Aq/H} {x/H-X/H}={1-(h/H)^2}-(Bq/A){1-h/H} - 2{Bq/A}^2 ln{[Bq/A+h/H]/[Bq/A+1]}

 I have observed values for x, X, h, H, and q.  I want to determine the A and
B that gives the best fit. On page 674 of Mathematica, a system for doing
mathematics by computer, it says "If you have a particular model for some
data, you can do a fit to try to determine the parameters of the model." That
is what I want to do, but I am having trouble adapting the example to my
problem.

Any suggestions to get me started will be appreciated.
