You might also try opening the file with BBEdit Lite and saving the file with the appropriate line terminator. BBEdit Lite will correctly translate either DOS or UNIX line terminators to Mac or vice versa using the appropriate options when saving the file. BBEdit Lite should be on your favorite sumex mirror. If you can't find it there email me at browe at netcom.com and I will glady give you the URL for BBEdit Lite on netcom.com. Also, there are a variety of drag and drop utilities available that will do the same thing. I believe in the same directory is a program called Text Changer that will also do the trick. Neither of these are quite as convienent as having the line terminator changed as the file is being downloaded but I don't know of any program that does this. -- #include std disclaimers
