Two General Comments

Two general comments:

(1) I am impressed with the number and quality of responses from WRI employees  
on this newsgroup in the last couple months; many times the answers extend well  
beyond the original questions. The cause? Either a couple WRI people have gone  
off the deep end, or (more likely!) WRI management has encouraged this sort of  
participation. In any case, just wanted you to know this is appreciated.

(2) I kind of like this idea of having the responses to a question show up  
before the question itself. Instead of making a fool of myself by posting a  
bonehead response and then reading a much better response a few messages later,  
I can see that the question has been adequately answered and keep my ignorance  
to myself.
