I can't help with a source for an electronic supplement but I find the book very useful. The code is very useable in small pieces and so you
should not hesitate to explore the book and type in the code bits as you go. Wickham-Jones in "Mathematica Graphics" cites Gray and uses
examples from it. I have not seen any reviews of the book from the mathematical or Mathematica community but would be very interested in
seeing one. The book really has opened up differential geometry to me.
