I've had similar problem with my own notebooks, though I just completed a
math final yesterday, and it printed without a hitch.  If I remember
right, by playing with the scroll bars and magnification I was able to
bring my document back into view.  I don't think I could reproduce it if I
tried, but it did happen more than once.  I'm using Mathematica 2.2.2 on a
PMac 7100/66 with System 7.5's QuickdrawGX so it sounds like something
skewed with Mathematrica itself.
