Either LogLinearPlot and LogLinearListPlot, both defined in
Graphics`Graphics`, one of the Standard Mathematica Packages,
should do what you want.
For further details refer to "The Guide to Standard Mathematica
Packages" Technical Report which came with your copy of Mathematica.
