Student Edition of Mathematica

Is there any difference in the performance of the student edition of 
Mathematica running on a Pentium Windows 95 computer, as compared with the
regular version, i. e. is it somehow hadicapped to make it run slower, or 
is the difference only in the lack of completeness of the Student Edition
