Wrong integration

The definite integration of the two identical exptressions:
Integrate[#,{e,-Infinity,Infinity}]&/@
{-1/(1+e^2)/(-1-(e-v)^2),
+1/(1+e^2)/(+1+(e-v)^2)}
produces:
{0, 2 Pi/( 4 + v^2)}
What happened to get the first wrong result.
