Wrong integration

The definite integration of the two identical exptressions:

Integrate[#,{e,-Infinity,Infinity}]&/@
			 	{-1/(1+e^2)/(-1-(e-v)^2),
         			 +1/(1+e^2)/(+1+(e-v)^2)}
produces:
{0,     2 Pi/( 4 + v^2)}
What happened to get the first wrong result.
