Hello.
I developed a Mathematica package FindSign.m for determining a sign
of polynomials, which has been in MathSource for about a year.
I also developed a front-end program that makes the package
easy to use.  The program is for Windows 95 or NT. It is 
NOT in MathSource, but you can get it from
http://ux1.cso.uiuc.edu/~itaya/findsign.html
