David,
I contacted WRI tech support a while ago about using MathLink for Excel
with Excel 7.0 under Win95. As I recall, the response was that MathLink had
not been modified yet to run with Excel 7 on any platform. You might want
to check with WRI directly to learn if that is still the case.
