Try the package "NonlinearFit"

You can load it by: Needs["Statistics`NonlinearFit`"]
Use ??NonlinearFit for a brief explanation, see the book Standard Add-
On Packages
for further explanation, or see the book Applied Mathematica Getting
It Started Getting
It Done by Shaw & Tiggs. I have found Shaw & Tiggs to be an
EXCELLENT reference.

Good Luck,
John C. Erb
