Q: Mathematica notebook conversion to MS Word 6 Equation Editor

I'm working with Mathematica 2.22 and have a quite large notebook that I 
need to convert to the Equation Editor in MS Word 6.0.  I would like to 
avoid to do all the changes by hand and am wondering here is a tool that 
can help me in that endeavor.
