mathlink in NT

I found an example in www.wolfram.com for how to compile and link the
AddTwo program which comes with the MathLink Developer's Kit. When I 
try to apply the same method on AddInt program, it doesn't work. Does
anyone know what options should I change to pass to the compiler?
