Why "Fourier" doesn't work??

In = Fourier[{-1, -1, -1, 1, 1, 1}]

Out = Fourier[{-1, -1, -1, 1, 1, 1}]

I'm using Mathematica v2.2.2 on Macintosh performa 5200 with MacOS 7.6.
I'm very urgent...
