Hello, I have a DeskJet 855C connected to my Power Macintosh. When I print
using QuickDraw (the driver that came with the printer) I don't have any
font problem in the printouts, but the resolution is not very good.
Using StyleScript, I can print PostScript with MMA3. The resolution is very
good but I have a problem with the mathematical notation. All the notation
in the command line show up correctly in the printout, the problem is the
PlotLabels. All the PlotLabels show up completely messed up. It looks like
the correct fonts are not being downloaded to the printer when the text is
inside a graphic object. And I don't know of any utility to manually
download fonts when using a StyleScript driver.
Is anybody else having problems with the PlotLabels? Is there a
workarround?
Thank you
