I have the following output that I want to plot as an x,y,z surface
plot in Mathematica 3.0. This seems like it should be simple, but I am
having a hard time figuring it out. Does anyone have a solution?

Thanks,
Manuel Morales

output=Transpose[{x,y,results}]
Out[121]=
