Sean:
Two ways are
Show[
	Block[{$DisplayFunction = Identity},
		{Plot[Sin[x],{x,0,7}],
		 ListPlot[{1,2,1}],
		 ListPlot[{3,2,4,1}]
		}
	]
]

and

Show[
	Plot[Sin[x],{x,0,7},DisplayFunction-> Identity],
	ListPlot[{1,2,1},DisplayFunction-> Identity],
	ListPlot[{3,2,4,1},DisplayFunction-> Identity],
	DisplayFunction-> $DisplayFunction
]
