Dear Dude,

Use the command 

Show[ListPlot[data,DisplayFunction->Identity],Plot[myfunction[x],{x,xmin,xmax},DisplayFunction->Identity],DisplayFunction->$DisplayFunction]


Omission of all the DisplayFunction's will give you the individual
graphs as well as the combined one.
