Hi,

  look on the Assumptions Option of Integrate[] with some thing like
  
  Integrate[
    y/(x^2+y^2) Exp[-I p y],
    {y,-Infinity,Infinity},
    Assumptions->
      {Im[p]==0,Im[x]==0}
   ]
