Notation package

Where is the Notation package now at the Wolfram Web site and is it
the latest version (in particular, later than the one distributed with
Mathematica 3.0.1)?

I tried the previous location
http://www.wolfram.com/~jasonh/Notation.html
but I got an error message that I did not have access privileges to
there (plus another, server, error message).
