Hello... I am new to Mathematica 3 (but not to Mma in general). In 2.2, I
used to be able to change the styles of tne In[] and Out[] cells by simply
changing the font specification in the default notebook in emacs
( How do I achieve a similar effect in 3.0? I've tried to edit
the default notebook styles, and I can see size or face changes, but the
font does not seem to want to change at all. Funny thing is, it seems to
change in the style sheet, but not in the notebook.

The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance
of those who have much; it is whether we provide enough for those who
have too little. -- Franklin D. Roosevelt
