Column output to text file

What is the easiest way to write columns of Mathematica output to a text
file?
  In other words, if:

f[t_]:=t^2; g[t_]:=t^3

How can I output the columns t, f[t], and g[t] to a tab, space, or comma
delineated text file?

Thanks,

Jim Banaszak
