The notebook.sty file is located at URL:

	ftp://ftp.wolfram.com/pub/outgoing/TeXSave/notebook.sty

The /pub/outgoing directories are no longer part of mathsource.com's ftp
server structure due to a recent reorganization of the MathSource's
site. As a result, the old URL, which pointed to host mathsource.com,
will no longer work.

Regular MathSource items can still be retrieved mathsource.com.
