Curvature table in NonlinearRegress

Hello,

I have a little problem with the function NonlinearRegress (from the 
Statistics`NonlinearFit` standard package). I am interested in the 
curvature parameters that the function can generate. The problem is 
that on my system the calculation of the curvature table never 
succeeds, even using the exact same example form the book (see e.g. 
page 465 from the Mathematica 3.0 standard add-on packages book). I 
use Mathematica 3.0.1 on Windows 95. If anyone would have experience 
with the calculation of the curvature characteristics, I would be 
grateful to learn from her/his experience.
