Dear Sirs,
   Are back issues of the Mathematica Journal available along with the
discs containing the programs referred to in the journal???? Who should
I contact since the journal is now continuing under it's third
publisher?? Is any of this information available electronically,
particularly the program discs??  Thanks for any help!!!
