I have tried to use Mathematica to solve a matrix as below:

X' = (A + B(t))X   for all t >= t0,

where A = {{0, 1},{-1,0}} and B(t) = {{0,0}, {0, 2/t}}, the solution of
the equation is (1/t)sin t and 1/t cos t. I hope some one can give some
idea or help to solve this equation. Thanks.
