Hi Thomas,

If You want a single item of Your y-values, say the second

ListPlot[ data /. {x_?NumericQ,y_?VectorQ} :> {x,y[[2]]}]

will work.
For all items You must use the MultipleListPlot[] function from the
standard packages.
Something like

MultipleListPlot[
  Transpose[
     data  /.
        {x_?NumericQ,y_?VectorQ} :> {x,#} & /@ y
  ]
 ]

will work.
