TeXForm uses special macros in some instances that are defined in
notebook.sty and notebook2e.sty.  You can get them from URL:

	ftp://ftp.wolfram.com/pub/outgoing/TeXSave/

Use of notebook2e.sty requires the use of Jens-Peer Kuska's virtual font
package.  You can get this package from MathSource.  A URL is provided
in the readme.txt file in the download directory shown above.
