Hi,

You have simply forgotten to capitalize the "s" in "Spherical"

In[1]:=
<< "Calculus`VectorAnalysis`"

In[2]:=
JacobianDeterminant[Spherical[r, theta, phi]]

Out[2]=
r^2*Sin[theta]
