Hello Steffen,

Unfortunately, IntrinsicSurface does not work very well and is not going
to be useful for your problem. Instead, you can use LensSurface as
shown below:

LensSurface[{70,70},ComponentMedium->{Air,BK7}], Table[{
                {7,Sqrt[2]*(2.5+t*10),0},{1,-1,0},0]}, {t,-2,2}],
