Hi,

if You put the nested Integrate[] in one with

Integrate[Exp[x]*Exp[y]*p[x,y],{x,-Infinity,Infinity},{y,-Infinity,Infinity}
]

You get some messages and nice conditions for r and s but the If[]
expression
returns a result.
