Arnold,

I wrote this converter on Windows/Linux and of course didn't come across
this problem. Apparently this didn't come up in our internal testing
either. Well, that's alpha software for you. I'll go and figure out how
to make it work on a Mac. In the meantime, you can always use the
command NotebookPut[Notebook[ConvertWorkSheet["filepath"]]] with the
full pathname to the worksheet. See the examples in the manual.
