I've also found that bug. My problem reporting it is that I can't isolate it to any particular line in my notebook which, as you say, worked fine with 3.0.1. I can reproduce it within a session, but not necessarily from session to session. For example, I'll have no problem with the notebook during (say) the morning. But briefly during the afternoon, the same notebook will have the error. I suspect the answer is not to take longer lunchbreaks. I suspect it's related to ident settings which appear different between the two notebooks but again, I can't really be sure.
